David Oh has been an independent voice on City Council who works across the aisle on to assist all families in Philadelphia. David understands the importance of the arts and culture to the economic and health vibrancy of the city and we thank him for his efforts.
David Oh maintained a very open dialogue with our LGBT community on issues including the COVID-19 pandemic response and equal rights. His efforts have made Philadelphia a welcoming home for our community.
