New voting machines will be used on November 5. They have more features but that makes them more complicated to use. They can provide instructions in up to 16 languages. Unfortunately, they are only providing 2 languages (English and Spanish). 138,000 Philadelphians say they don’t speak English very well. I introduced a bill to use the maximum language capability so no one is disenfranchised.
