Council’s Committee on Commerce & Economic Development voted my Veterans Hiring Tax Credit bill out of Committee with a favorable recommendation. It amends my original bill by increasing the tax credit an employer receives for hiring a returning veteran from $4,000 over 2 years to $15,000 over 3 years. The bill will be voted on in Council
